If not you, who? If not now, when?

What do you have planned this summer?

Check out the below comments, and offerings...

Tell us what you think.

Tell us what you see out there for Seasonal Camping packages.

We are in the process of gathering information. If you have information to share with us about what you have seen, as well as what you liked, or didn't like about the offer, or program.

We have seen multi-year programs out there that allowed owners to lock in prices, while raising capital for such things as their annual taxes at the same time. This isn't for everyone. But for some it is a great fit.

Planning is in the works for ECO responsible designed changes for the future. If you have experience in this field. Send us an email at SoutheasternADK@aol.com.

Trial membership $2000.00 plus $100.00 per month.(This offer is limited to first ten provided $20,000 is raised by 7/1/2009). This offer allows you to use boat launch, and camp site to be determined. (The 100.00 monthly fee is flexible payment plan towards future utilities, and towards next seasonal site fee, or agreement).

As improvements are being planned and/or made to the property, your flexibility is appreciated in order to keep progress going at the property. This should improve your experience. But with any construction project, there may be issues that need to be resolved, as we move forward.

Two waterfront locations to choose from:

A. Rustic Waterfront Camping on Lake Groton, VT 05046.
(Almost out of the 1940's, except you don't have to take a boat accross the lake, the private drive ends at this wonderful camp) No elec, bring in flashlights, drinking water etc. modern facilities available at nearby state campground about 1/2 mile away. Your choice to bring your tent, (plan ahead and build platform?) or to make arrangements to use rustic cottage. (your assistance may be helpful in designing new modern camp sites at this wonderful location).

B. Southeastern ADK Rustic Camping Club - Clemons, NY 12819 - Member run camping club.
Various options from hiking in the woods, to full hook-up campsite, or even use of old mobile home/camp. Adirondack Camping Cabins planned in near future.

This not a campground open to the public. This is a membership drive for Private Camping Club.
Private Camping Club membership has worked out agreement with property owner to responsibly use, and maintain property for the benefit of the members. Monthly fee goes towards property expenses such as taxes/insurance, etc. Some deposit may be required for improvements. Trial membership possible. Members are expected to become involved in various aspects of the the club activities. From membership to facilities management. The ability to work independently or as part of a group is a plus.

Responsible use of property and assistance with future improvements in an Eco friendly manner will allow the club to continue operating member-run club at this "Diamond in the Rough" on the "Quiet side of Lake George". Located between the "Lakes to Locks passage" that is Route 22 & Bike Path 9, and Southern Lake Champlain we are truely blessed to be able to work together and play together in the Southeastern corner of the Adirondacks.

Some activities at property may be on a non-profit basis, while others may be on a for profit basis. Some future profit sharing options may become available.

Ask about "Ottenburgh's Ramp Fishing Club" where our private boat launch brings you out west of Maple Bend Island between Buoys 18 & 22.

***Soon to be three waterfront locations, with plans in the works for two RV sites overlooking Honey Brook, just off Route 302 in Barre Town, VT 05641

Monthly fee will apply depending on how much you desire to use the properties. A deposit may be required to help with improvements. Dockage may be available later in the season, depending on membership progress with repairing dock posts, and rebuilding docks.
